Wheels for the Wise is by far the best mode of transport I have found. I use a wheelchair and require some help. The driver always arrives exactly on time, and if weather is problematic I get a phone call advising me of any change of plans. The driver comes into the house and assists me, and similarly when we get to my destination. I've used Wheels for the Wise several times a week, for several years. There has not been even one time where I could have hoped for better assistance.

We live some distance from my mom and Wheels for the Wise has provided top-notch service for getting Mom to medical and dental appointments. When she needed new glasses, WFTW was right there to get Mom to the optician and accompanied her in while she had her new specs fitted. I called a few times at short notice and WFTW always managed to accommodate. The personal interest taken by WFTW in the welfare of my mother is very important to me and it says a lot about the company and their commitment to serving those who can't get around easily on their own. Their invoice provides the time needed for the appointment and there is always a concise but complete report about the trip, too, which I find helpful. We are very pleased with the excellent service and the courteousness and respect shown to my elderly mother.
